PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Central Interior Auctions Ltd. can not guarantee that its online auctions will be free from computer crashes or other problems.

We desire you to have a smooth and trouble-free online bidding experience.  However in the event that Central Interior Auctions Ltd experiences a computer crash or other problem during an online auction which interferes or interrupts our computer system and ability to deliver a continuously accessible online auction, the following rules will apply:

1.         If Central Interior Auctions Ltd. is able to restart its computer system in a timely manner and its records show that all information has remained intact and is immediately restored after the interruption, the timers will be re-set to the remaining time left and the online auction will continue; or

2.         If Central Interior Auctions Ltd. is unable to restart its operating system in a timely manner or the clock or the information is lost or not available and not immediately restored when we are able to restart our system, Central Interior Auctions Ltd. will publish reasonable notice and conduct a new auction for any items which were interrupted or are remaining.

Central Interior Auctions Ltd. and its directors, employees, subcontractors, are not responsible for any lost bids or sales as a result of a computer crash or other problem that interferes or interrupts its ability to deliver a continuously accessible online auction or other problem that makes our online site inoperable.
